Clicking actuator.

I have 16 plate gs with stainless headers (no cat) has ran for two years with no issues but, all ways a but, flap actuator has started clicking on ign switch on. Any one had this happen ?

Job sorted Healtech module fitted. Now no more clicking or faults stored in ecu.

Can you explain further

Healtech module is just a plug in ecu that is fully weather proof that fools the bikes engine ecu into thinking the exhaust valve is still in place so does not show any fault code in said ecu. Hope that helps explain it.

Did you use the Healtech Model HT-ESE-BM1 if so did you purchase it from a UK stockist ?
