is it possible to change the clock on the 1200gs (08) from a 12hr clock to a 24hr clock,ie at 3 o,clock in the afternoon it will say 1500hrs.i would preferr this type of clock,cheers.:augie
 
cheers mr k might pop round to rudiemoto of this parish and give him the buisness,i seem to go round and drink all his coffee all the time,just thought it was something i could do by pressing a button somewhere,cheers mate.:beerjug:
 
I didn't realize this could be done, might have to ask my dealer to do mine when I'm next in. It's always baffled me why BMW haven't put such a rudimentary feature on :nenau

Yes - & you can have the tyre pressures in PSI not Bar if you have the monitoring system.
You can also extend or turn off the indicator cancel function, & have the temp on the BC display in degrees C or F.
 
Sutty, Jono doesn't have the exact software to change the clock to 24 hour (or didn't a while back when I went to get mine changed to 24 hour).

I asked for this to be done during a service (two years ago now) to change bar to psi on the tyre monitors - didn't check the bill until afterwards and there was a £7.15 charge for doing it. Unfortunately it can't be done with a GS911.

As the dealer has to connect the bike to the diagnostic kit at service, & as it's merely setting a "radio button" from one setting to another, that tells you all you need to know about that dealer.:rob
