Hi,

Bit of an odd one but my hydraulic clutch lever moves vertically up but operates correctly however it vibrates at certain revs and is fecking annoying. As the brake lever doesn't do it and I've never had to take the levers apart, it there a simple way to tighten it up or does it sound like the pin that holds the lever is somehow buggered?

Any thoughts much appreciated.

Check on the parts fiche, as I can't remember but there may be a plastic/nylon bush there which could be worn.

Alright Ed - hows that OCD today:):)

Seriously thiough 170k R1100S clutch lever had about 1 cm up/down travel - used to make a right racket. I looked at taking it apart but at that mileage the bolt was stuck fast. I think it's just a case of replacing the sleeved bolt that acts as a bearing if that makes sense. It just wears it seems

Hi mate,

I've checked 450 times this morning and the OCD is fine!

Thanks all for the thoughts, will check out the nylon bearing as that seems to make sense.
