CN 2027.10 NTU is available

For all users of Garmin NTU devices CN 2027.10 NTU is available. Now up to 8.95Gb so on older NTU devices such as the NAV5 and zumo 3XX and 590/595 you will need an SD card to supplement internal memory. The XT version is now up to 10+Gb as it includes topo data.

You don't "have to" but yes there is a more up to date map version available for the XT. If you plug the XT into the computer with Garmin Express open it will direct you.

I did mine yesterday, no problems, installed to laptop and Zumo 390. Daytime when most people were still at work. Maps were downloading at 13Mb/s over my Airband fixed wireless access

I guess a lot of people will be at home today updating their devices after reading this post and similar ones in other forums, overloading the servers.

As soon as I connected it to my WiFi it told me there was an update.

Mine says 1.15 hours until complete. Started at 3.45 about 10 minutes ago.
