Update via iTunes and it's all ok. It won't update solely on the phone.

As we work on a solution, we strongly recommend you ONLY INSTALL the CoPilot GPS app update through iTunes on a desktop computer at this time.
If you have already tried to update the app directly on your iPhone or iPad, or have automatic updates enabled, please re-try installing the update via a desktop computer using the steps below:
1. Delete the CoPilot GPS app from your iPhone/iPad
2. Restart your iPhone/iPad
3. Download the app via iTunes on your desktop computer
4. Connect your iPhone/iPad to your computer
5. Reinstall the app
