The coast to coast is one of the first things I’m going to do when I retire. I used to do an awful lot of mountain, fell and hill walking and camping when younger. Dales. Lake District, Scotland. Wales a couple of times but it was always too busy down there really. I will hopefully get back into it more next year. Well maybe not the camping bit.
I’ve walked the 3 peaks many, many times but have no desire to ever walk them as a thing again.
I’ve walked the Dalesway, EborWay, Cleveland Way, Lyke wake walk etc.
I did my ML at Plas Y Brenin. Map and compass were the only navigation tools acceptable.
The new walking, hiking section will hopefully spur me on a bit.

Moved in the tidy-up of this new section.
