I am sure i have seen somewhere a bolt on cover that sits inside the nose fairing, below the lights, to cover the wiring and bits and bobs. Can anyone point me in the right direction please??

Try the search button, enter "Tat", and you should find what your looking for

:dabone quick though........ :D :D
despite your merriment Neil i need it to hide the hideous wiring i'm left with having re-sited the switches for the hazards etc from the dash to other :o places, so am hopeful this "tat" will hide my sins.....

BTW, have you got any headlight plugs from the loom kicking about??

Do you understand this Boxer design catalogue entry to mean its 98 or 78 euro unpainted? They paint it for an extra 39 or am I just being thick?

You haven't read enough Deutchlish translation. I think they mean €98 with digital thermometer, uncoloured; €78 without thermometer, uncoloured; and a further €39 to have it finished in the closest match to the BMW colour code of your choice that they have... Actually, being Boxer-design, it will probably be spot on matched.

Atsa lotta lolly for what it is...
