Hi folks, my 1150 ADV has a slight misfire/hesitance and have noticed that one of the coils has some deep rust, so I wondered if anyone around the Stoke on Trent area would be kind enough to lend me one, or two to eliminate it? Simon.

Hi Simon, I recently replaced both the coils on my 1150gs as one of them was disintegrating. I have a good one to loan if that helps............ ? am in Telford though.... can work something out....

Don't be such a Jessie - I was riding today, the 1150 is nice and heavy to shrug off a few gusts. The tree that came down about 30 yards ahead of me was more disconcerting though.
For a moment I thought this might be to stick up a certain failed politician's jaxi!
