TT handguards

If you get your TT handguards before the mercury hits 25c again I'll be stunned

Decided to call TT today to see when they would be delivered, Informed that all TT staff had been on holiday, hence the delay and that the guards had to be ordered from Germany. expected next week (that will be almost 2 x weeks from date of initial purchase).


I wouldnt mind other than there was no mention of these delays on the website at the time of purchase.

At the same time I ordered a snazzy f800GS cup from an ebay dealer, arrived next day. How can a small trader achieve this and a big company like TT fail so badly?

-20 this morning on the way to work here in Leipzig. I was in a car though going to be -27 tonight . Its one time I'm glad my bike is at home.

I know I am really sad, but after an initial -10 at 5am this morning ( A48 heading into Gloucester ) I even started playing with the speed as increasing from 50 to 60 mph dropped it another degree. There really is no hope for me !
Especially as I could have taken the car instead.

TT gaurds fitted

Fitted the guards this evening, hope to test them out tommorrow with a run out to St Marys Loch Nr Selkirk, 200 mile round trip in what is forecast for crap weather, that should test them.
