All bike seat are uncomfortable to varying degrees and after varying time intervals. All riders have different shapes, weights, heights and pain threshholds. To design a seat which suits all, and most important of all, "looks good" is impossible. The nearest we have had to an "all day comfort" seat is the K1200LT which of course can't be fitted to a GS. Easiest sollution is to take regular breaks. Having said that, Ewan and Charly said they couldn't have done the Long Way Round without the Airhawks !!.
