Ok so my 02 1150gsa is comin up on 36k. I regularly service it and never really had any kind of problem bar a dead battery, but thats to be expected...
For its 36k birthday its gettin all fluids changed, alternator belt replaced, oil and filter change, sparkys changed, all brake calipers cleaned and new pads, and carbs balanced up...Haynes manual says i should grease the final drive splines at around 36k but its got 4 flamin wrenches beside it, this means i dont really wanna tackle it myself...
Do ppl actually do this and those of you who have did you notice a lack of grease or anything untoward in there on stripping it down ?????
Whats the recomendations of the forum/steptoe ????
