Common Channel - Intaride A80 Radio

I'm looking to find out if there is a common channel that people use ? At least I can chat with anyone around if I'm riding on my own !

I beleive that there is also a different channel mapping between the A80 & Kenwood radio's

i've heard channel 3 mentioned on other sites........... . however it would be great if was adopted by the motorcycle world ? i normally tour alone but monitor ch 3.

I seem to recall reading somewhere that Channel 10 is the kind of emergency / contact channel on the PMR system. Similar to what used to be channel 14 (homebased)and 19 (mobile) on the old CB system..
