here is a question which I am sure should be in this section......or maybe in the GPS section!
Having reviewed the programs on my PC I was surprised to see just how much memory garmin applications take up, and had queried this with Garmin, who just said effectively "tough, live with it"
4 programs appear in the question
Garmin City Navigator Europe V9 which PC says "used rarely" 2200MB
Garmin Web updater 4965MB
Garmin Web updater 5.01MB
Garmin Mapsource 49.71 MB
I can understand how mapsource, which i use frequently, is needed, and I thought I was using CNV9.....but that the "PC says used infrequently"
but why 2 programs that between them take up over 7165MB, which are rarely used???????????????????
