This is most probably me being a numb skull but advice being sought.
I use an Apple iPhone XR, fully up to date etc as is the Connected Ride App, but I can only get the map to display in Portrait mode which is annoying when trying to read place names. The phone has been tried in auto rotate and locked, both landscape and portrait mode to no effect. I have set up the App in Auto and Landscape modes and changed the preferences ie North, Direction of Travel etc but all without success.
Any advice gratefully accepted (other than 'go buy a Garmin')

If you don’t have the connected cradle, I think it rotates once you start moving.
See 9mins in.
Many thanks for the video link. It appears that everything is set up to work as it should but the screen doesn't change to Landscape when riding. I think that I will delete the App and reload it to see it that works.
