Connected ride cradle

Hi guys, hope someone can help, my connected ride cradle has stopped working with bike, I do get power from USB C on side but no green flashing light bottom left corner. Tried the cradle on another BMW and it works perfectly. Anyone had this issue or any pointers?

possibly corrosion on the contacts? use a contact cleaner spray and lint free cloth to wipe them over

There spotless, that was my first thought.

Just had it into BMW this morning and satnav prep is goosed, new one on order.
