If I want to contact BMW about something rather than going through a dealer, is there a general "customer services" email address or telephone number? Can't find anything like that on their web site. Thanks in advance

but make sure you mark it for the attention of customer services otherwise they rarely make to the correct desk!

It depends what you are calling about, but if it is something a dealer can help you with then they will tend to refer you back to your local dealer.
