continental air damping system email contact

Hello all,
I am trying to find a contact email for the correct department at continental regarding the rear air damping system on the bmw g650 xchallenge.I just cannot find the relevant contact details,anything else-yes,but air damping system-no chance,if I send email to the continental corporation address it goes to continental tyres UK!!.and they can't/won't help any further.
I need to contact them as the stem on the shock snapped last weekend!!,bmw don't want to know as bike is more than two years old!!
Any help appreciated.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but i did have the email for continental a few years back. sent them an email as the shock was squeeking and i wanted to know if i could get it serviced.

In short they didn't want to know and referred me back to BMW, who also didn't want to know about servicing the shock. Guess they just wanted to sell a new one at £700

If your stuck i think i have a spare air shock under the bench, might squeek a bit though, but the best thing would be to bin it and get a quality replacement from hyperpro, wilbers or ohlins....

I did learn to live with the squeek but a snapped stem is completely different and so I thought I would give it a try.
I have priced ohlins etc ready for the inevitable and as prices for a decent shock are about the same as stock I know which I will be going for.all options will be painful that is for sure!!

It will transform the bike though! the tears will soon disappear one you get the wheels rolling again

Did you go direct to Hyperpro or order via the UK importer? Been waiting for the price to drop as a result of the favourable exchange rate but it doesn't seem to have budged

Ordered through motorworks,two/three week delivery. Haven't got time to wait for anything bike is without shock!!
