continental escape tyres

anyone tried this rubber - seem to be a helluva lot cheaper than metzeler etc - tread pattern looks ok - any feedback guys

do a search, there is another thread abouth these tyres, there is a suggestion that Continental are having quality problems with them.

i appreciate that continental may have quality issues with this tyre however is it not the case that metzeler have similar problems with the tourance - if the continental escape is significantly cheaper i don't see any reason not to give them a try - which brings me back to the original thread - has any one actually ran this rubber and how did they perform

re, the other thread. You can't get em to try as Conti won't release them onto the market because of problems. Got this info from the horses mouth earlier this year at the BMF!
