Is there a way I can control 4 front lights on my bike such that the lower 2 are on all the time bit at different intensities day / night / dip / main ( also extinguish with indicators) then have 2 long range spotlights that only come on with main beam, all controlled by the Ezcan?

TIA

Yes, is the short answer!

The 2 you want on all the time and to go off with the indicators you want a separate circuit for these (1 left, 1 right). You can set the running light brightness/main beam brightness & the go off with the indicators.
The 2 you want on with main beam can run off one circuit (so long as total Amps doesn't exceed the limit) - you can get a splitter to operate this. For set up you'd set the dip beam/DRL to 0% brightness and main beam to whatever you want.

My learnings are from the Denali CANsmart, but i believe the Ezcan is the same/very similar in its functionality.

Much obliged, cheers 👍

Yes just ensure they are run off a separate circuit as already mentioned

A Bike Thing (the company) does some very good videos on Youtube about what you can do using the EZcan/Denali cansmart devices
