Converting end cans!

I have a titanium 2-1 Z-Tecknik exhaust system bought many moons ago I think from a member of this forum. It has a straight through race end can and on the circular riveted ring plate, it states 'Not for road use'. I can imagine it would be loud. For use on my 2002 R1150GSA.

Is there a company in the north west who could convert to road use without major surgery to the outer skin?

Try Pipe Werx based near Ormskirk. They built me a set of headers a while ago, cracking job.

Measure the internal diameter and buy a dB killer for it.

I got one off Ebay for a really nasty stumpy can with absolutely no sound deadening in it (think; baked bean can...car alarms going off as you go past ) and it made it almost civilised.

If you still have your CAT in place it won't be loud at all.

Now if you have a Y pipe that's another matter.
