I've started to get excited or nervous now...I've lead a few bikes for a ride before but not 20 odd and counting

What have I done last time I did this a couple of weeks ago we had 12 tossers at Newlands for the first Captain's ride since my 6 month ban......

Now this is different....we are going to ride using the DROP OFF SYSTEM.....if you are not familiar with this PM me or it will be explained at the start.

THE ROUTE & RULES
First before the ACE: Newlands to Boxhill and back. A nonstop round the car park 'parade' before returning. This return route should take 30-40mins going over the North Downs, all on road going through Ranmore common and back again to Newlands. It's a quick little loop (again) on some of the best little twisty rural roads in the area.

It's just a little fun first- you will love it. going through and around Rykas car park.

Then we will go back to Newlands, re-group, stop and pick up any late arrivals before heading to the ACE using a direct route along main roads. Stop for lunch at the ACE CAFE, more photos. Then either ride together to Boxhill again for a stop....another tea and use of the loos....or split up

This route is open to all. If you have a mate that isn't a tosser then they are very welcome....let's show them how it's done.
Twat suits if you have them. Panniers fitted if you got them.
Conditions. Ride safely and courtesously within the group. No showing off. No wheelies etc. We are riding using the drop off system so safe overtaking is possible...but not the lead bike!(That'll be me then)

I'll bring my DSLR with a tripod so we can have a good group photo at Newlands at the start and at the Ace. A video would be great-especially at the start when we all ride around through Boxhill/Rykas car park....

If this works out ok with such a large group we can do this again in the months to come, perhaps Newlands to The Whitterings for some Fish 'n' Chips....when the weather is a little warmer...
