A big thanks to Coopers of Tun Wells. I had a 24k and annual service performed y'day. They did a good job, were very helpful and they charged me less than they had quoted.. I dealt with Mat in service.
Also, really great salesperson there called Elle(sp). She was very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable about the bikes.
I can highly recommend them.

me too

I went in today, i thought their open day kicked off today, but i got it wrong.doh
Anyway i had a good look round at the sale stuff, plenty of bargains to be had, if i were a different size, but thats my luck.
Had a good long chat with Tony, what a nice friendly fella, sometimes you go into a dealership and the salesman is trying to jemmy your wallet open before you can say hello.
Not so with Tony,it was really nice not to be hassled.
I spoke to the parts guy too, what a really helpful chap.
Top dealership 10/10 :thumb

Tony did i mention the word "discount"? hmmm:augie

Have to say that we received excellent service again today and burgers and hot dogs...:drool
I am sure Mel is particularly happy.....

He must have changed since his days at SLM. Everytime I went in and asked an innocent question it cost me money :augie:D:augie

Not so great service

Went into Coopers today to buy a small tank bag for my GS. This how it went.

(me) Hi, can you tell me how much this tank bag is please ?(Jason, coopers) have no idea about £170 pounds. I then walk out, to spend money with someone else.

What is the point of being open if you can't be arsed to sell stuff ??

Thank god the rest of the team are helpful.

Went to Coopers TW yesterday with my brother to drink the free coffee. When we we were ready to leave, my brother's CBF600 wouldn't start. A flat battery. The workshop guys were really helpful. They put it on charge in the workshop for us.

This didn't help so I nipped off for a new one from John Harris Honda in Crowborough (more nice guys) and the new battery did the trick.

Purchased my 2007 GS ADV 1200 from them in Jan 2008 it was £750 cheaper than anywhere else and the servicing has always been topnotch and reasonable with no hidden extras.:clap

Coopers on a par with Park Lane...

Went in to Coopers to buy a 650 GS (new) for wife. Sales guys arrogant, close to rude. Service and attitude on a par with Park Lane level! Never again. Shame for them as I am the ideal idiot who buys a new bike every 2 years... Off to Vines again

Im not sure what branch you went into, but theyve always been very good with me 10/10.
I must piss off Tony no end, i keep asking and looking, but cant seem to get in the right frame of mind to part with the 1150.I Cant bear to part with the old Bavarian tractor.
I Bought a load of spares in there yesterday, only marginally more expensive than Motorworks,a call to say the parts were in ,and free coffee and a smile.:)

Coopers service.....

I took my 06 1200gs to Coopers TW yesterday for a 18,000 mile service and was quoted £325 on the phone as i was booking, came in at £275 as they said there was not so much to do. Well impressed with the service and the engineer took time to walk outside the answer questions i had about my bike.
As i live in west London, they were so much cheaper so had to hang about slurping coffee and reading magazines, I saw people come and go and the place had a nice feel.
Will be going there again....
