Corbin Adventure heated seat internal wiring diagram

Does anyone have, or know where to get, a wiring diagram for this seat.
Not how to wire it to the bike, but the actual internal seat wiring, element resistances etc.
Yesterday my arse should have been hot ... it wasnt.
Im expecting NO sympathy for my cold arse, but if you have access to any of this info, let me know.

Apologies if I'm teaching you to suck eggs but as it is not working if you've not done so already ensure that the 12v feed to the seat is there and if it is then the fault lies in the elements probably. The normal resistance in a heating element is pretty low. I would suggest no more than a few ohms, do a continuity check across the two leads into the seat and if they are any higher than say 100 ohms I would go for a break in the element somewhere. You are not likely to find where without stripping the element out and doing continuity checks are varying intervals.

As a last measure do a check on any current being drawn by the element as it possible for a poor connection in the system to fail under load. That is to say the 12v may be there but when the load is applied the voltage drops and does not allow the element to heat up properly.

I wish it were that easy. And Im an electrician. Three wires to each element after they go into a sealed black box which probably contains the thermostat/timer. (in normal operation, the heat switches off after an hour).
There are about ten wires going to the 'black box'.
I thought that someone might have a diagram to make it a bit easier.

When I bought my new Corbin for the GSA, I had to recrimp a couple of the connections under the seat.

For something that costs so much money, they really are made shite
