Folks,
I've read quite a lot of the threads about Sargent, Corbin, etc seats and will most likely give the Corbin a try on my 2006 R1200GS. The question I have is in relation to the seat height, or more importantly the width of the Corbin and height together.
I currently have a BMW Low seat as I like to have both feet on the floor. The Corbin seat at 32" appears to be the similar height, but I know its probably wider, so the effect will be to force you further onto tippy-toes.
Those of you that have the seat and possibly did a similar mod of moving from the BMW low, I'd appreciate your constructive comments and thoughts on the Corbin seat and also feedback on what it's like whilst riding the bike in terms of the seat position in relation to footrest and handlebars - leg bend to pegs and arm reach to bars.
Much appreciated.
