now its getting cold wrap some insulation tape around the brake and clutch lever. Aluminiums a conductor - as you all know- and it conducts heat away from your digits when you are braking/changing gear. Put some cheap handlebar muffs (chop the hell out of em) and cable tie them over the handguards. Now you will have cosy fingers all the way till May.
