Have booked in at the pub for Saturday night (a room, natch, as I am a softie). Hopefully the weather will favour camping...
Hurdle one cleared, that of my granddaughter’s birthday 
Now await news on whether racing at Portimao is a goer or not. The race is actually the next weekend, so it should be OK. I just need to be sure that:
A. We are going.
B. There is not some bizarre plan to go down the weekend before. Somehow, I doubt it.
Paul, mark me down as a ‘Yes’ please, which I’ll only change if things transpire against me.

Aaargh, first weekend of the shooting season, ok beating season. Fuck it though, there’s about another 40 shoot days so count me in. I’ll be camping and almost certainly on my Stelvio 1200 again.
