My wife and I stayed at the Eilean Iarmin Hotel http://www.eilean-iarmain.co.uk/ last April when the director and producer were there. They were complaining that the weather was too good for the advert. Storms were wanted but they would have to be added in post production - I see it was quite effective. They also mentioned that they had never seen an otter. Blow me, following morning at the jetty, one was lazing on the shore!

Nice place to stay.

Ah wiz up in Portree last Saturday night ,feckin great wee night the last hour in the Caledonian never ceases tae amaze .Got up on Sunday and shit maself tryin tae ride hame was gettin blowin awe our the place feckin, scary thought it would be awright on the mainland but Glencoe was wurst.Nearly took off intae loch Tulla ,not a pleasant experience especially when you,ve goat the Charley Drakes wi the Bevvy,feckin magic
