Hi
would anyone know if we can go on this road with our bikes?
Certainly a walking route and clearly will be restrictions during the stalking season.
thanks
K

On the basis that there's just about nowhere in Scotland that we can legally ride off-road, I suspect this is no different. Isn't it just a private estate road with no vehicular access apart from residents?

Definitely not legally i'm afraid. I would expect there will be a locked gate at either end also.

I cycled over there a few years back and there were locked gates but you may have a forestry key:rolleyes:

You'd get shot at

Ask nicely and make the right commitments and you may get permission. It's worked for me in four otherwise inaccessible places in Scotland. But I ain't saying where.

That will be the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly. Just dawned on me. How you settling in with the new bike.

Good thanks, never thought I'd see the day

A few miles last weekend convinced me that I did the right thing
