Couple of minor problems with autocom & peripherals

Can anyone lead me in the right direction ?I've got a couple of minor problems with my autocom that need a quick fix - going to Italy and need this sorting -

1. Buzzing bike feedback type noise (read thread about 2 peices of kit in line and one requiring its own earth ?)

2. Phone Connected - crap volume out and in

I run

sat nav - hard wired

Bike to bike comms

pillion comms

connected to the autocom is a PTT, radio lead, satnav lead and spare lead for phone/ipod

I don't go having a speculative meddle with things like this because I don't have the skills, but if it is a question of changing leads etc coupled with an educated guess at the problem with my friendly local autocom stockist I would welcome your imput -

I reckon some more info would help.

What model of Autocom is it?
Do you know the part numbers of the leads you are using?
How is the phone connected, Bluetooth?
How is everything powered?
Is it on the GSA that your profile would suggest?

The more you can give us then the more chance someone will pipe up with something useful I hope.
