So while mine was in for a service today, I was provided (well I paid £20 to hire) this F800 GS. It was only 430 mile old but a sprightly mule.
I did c45 miles on it, going to my cousins a wee bit further down the A12, lack of fairing and huge screen made a considerable difference in todays weather but it carried my fat lump along at 75ish, quick enough along slip roads to join moving traffic and a doddle to paddle around as it is so twee.
