Cracked headlight

I have managed to get a crack in the lens of the big headlight on my 1150 ( MOT failure ? ). Can the lens be replaced, or is it a complete new headlight job ?

Where from, and how much ?

Yes you can only buy the whole thing £100 at a rough guess I suppose you will get a lens cover now!!.Andy

Now, I saw a cover you stick with just velcro (or maybe bi-adhesive tape?). Thought it was a good-cheap solution.
Any idea where to get that stuff?

Had the same thing happen 4 weeks after buying bike in 2002 seem to remember it was about £75 from BMW dealer, not sure if this was inc VAT or not.
