crap wheel paint??

getting the tyres changed today and noticed on front and back wheels there are hundreds of small chips/scratches on the wheel rim, can only assume it is road debris/stones....

only has 11K miles on it but way out of warranty

anyone else experience this??

I have a few on mine, but I don't know if it's a case of crap paint? Just crap roads
