Crash bars for 1150gs

First post...
where can i ask for advice on crash bars?
i have seen some German-made engine bars on motobins but there is only one option. does anyone have any advice on which engine/crash bars are best?
i recently wrote off a GS in Morocco largely because of having no engine protection... i don't want to make the same mistake twice
