Crash Bars H&B v SW for 1150

I am thinking about a crash bar for my GS 1150 its a toss up between Hepco and Becker and SW MOTECH.
I see the H&B bar runs under the cylinder head and the SW runs above so what's the best ??
The H&B bolt to the engine is this likely to cause damage to the engine in the event of a major off ?? Options please

In the event of a major off I expect the worse with any crash barss
But the H&B it save your leg or legs much better so wat do you want to save the engine or your legs

H&B bars get my vote as well!

They save the bike getting damaged in a "less serious" off
