Can anyone identify the make of these crash bars ?

Hepco & Becker Crashbar / Engine Guard - BMW R1200GS
These are very similar though can't see the bar that goes under the cylinder on your picture. I had a set on a 1200 and they were very good quality and fit.

Hepco Becker engine and fairing protection bars are made from high quality mild steel.
They are designed to allow routine maintenance without having to remove them.
Does not fit with 2009 factory BMW valve cover covers/guard. Does fit the dual overhead cam models.
Here is a note I received from Tom at Sierra BMW in Sparks Nevada. "Just installed these on a 2010 GS and the right plastic spark plug/coil guard requires trimming for the bar to fit."
Diameter is 25mm

Nope thats not them Clive, my ones have round bars reaching out to the mounting points, the same dia as the main bar.

Cheers buddy, i wasnt sure because they were on the bike when i bought it. 
If your after uppers to fit TT do them for about £240 , I am getting some in a couple months time when its a bit warmer for a ride to TT wales .Cheers buddy, i wasnt sure because they were on the bike when i bought it.
