Travel clothing -disposable undies
For some years I have used disposable paper underpants. Just wear and throw away. They take up very little space. They are the "slip" type" and even sitting on the bike for hours they remain comfortable.
Now the embarrassing bit...
The only ones I have ever found to buy are marketed for use by pregnant ladies. Buy them in chemists everywhere (and Tescos).
