It's the BSB test day, usually free entry and quite a few top teams will be their including Eugene Laverty's Yamaha WSS team. Should be worth a look.

Hi Steve, I thought it was Friday 12th? Or is that practice / qualifying?

Cheers,

David

Tomorrow is the official test, which is seperate to the actual BSB event which starts on the 12th. Its a chance for the teams to test new parts and get a setting for the bikes. The Yamaha WSS team will be their as well.

Thanks, Steve, I may have a look down if the rain's cleared up.

David

Arrived at the Circuit just after lunch presumably when the rain started, they tell me it was dry for the morning session. Good fun all the same, chatted to Chris Walker and WSB Rider Greg Lavilla. Both top blokes.

I left just before the rain started, I think its a good chance to see the Riders and teams working without the madening crowds...and all for nowt :beerjug:

Yes it was quite Damp. Standing on the Pit Wall as Watanabe lifted the front in every gear in as the rain pelted down was awesome. Those guys are a different breed.

bsb croft

i got there just before rain started, watanake was realy quick in wet with traction control making bike sound like bag of shite, also the slipper clutch sounded dodgy as HE SLID INTO CORNERS, MAD OR WHAT, LAVILlA looked the quickest out of the lot , chris walker did about 2 laps then went home, [ i thought birdies team were in wsb] must be a wild card eh , bout time he did summit ,hope the weather gets better for the race weekend
