Crud catcher

Hi all, to address a common problem with crap coming from the front wheel and damaging the front of the engine/ exhaust, I have just fitted one of these.

I'm not on commission, however, for £45 delivered, this seems like an absolute MUST HAVE for your GS! The product is made in the UK, to order, and I ordered mine on Tuesday at 17.10, and it arrived today. Just goes to show that you can't beat British!

got mine last week, 3 mins to install. looks great. he can even do R1200GSA logo for adv.

I've got one just like that but not from that supplier. I bought it off e-bay for about £25 allbeit about 4 years ago. To date my original front cover has no corrosion

Why BMW don't fit these as standard equipment I have no idea

Looks nice, do you know if it fits on top on the 30th Anniversary GSA bash plate? I am getting that on my 2010 GSA, I just like the 'I'm going round the world tomorrow' look...

it does fit the 30th Anniversary edition, i have onne fitted to mine, takes about 10 mins to install as you have to drop the bashplate , install the crud catcher then re install the bashplate, and as already said, great bit of kit

Bought mine to protect freshly resprayed engine front cover. Wish I'd bought it earlier!

All good although the crud catcher seems to be touching the 30th Anniversary bash plate just behind the front holes. Are you seeing the same? Any issues when using the bike? It should't be a great deal IMHO. Maybe we could ask Mark to invent a new mod...
