BMW riders tend to cover higher mileages than owners of most other motorcycle brands and the new Cruz Tools kit for BMWs contains a comprehensive selection of implements to keep them on the road wherever they may be.

BMW has a reputation for innovation and the German factory uses many unusual fasteners, such as female Torx types - some models even use rare male Torx bolt heads. BMWs also require specific spanner sizes and hex keys, hence the need for a dedicated tool kit.

The Road Tech B1 kit contains over 20 items, including adjustable and combination spanners, mini socket set, hex and torx keys, 6-in-1 screwdriver and locking pliers. Other indispensible items include a roll of insulation tape, alloy flashlight, tyre pressure gauge, cable ties and a sachet of WD40.

Supplied in a specially designed tool roll that measures 6” x 10” (14cm x 24cm), the Road Tech B1 kit weighs 1.5KG (3.5 lbs) and retails for £99.19 including VAT.

CruzTOOLS® have been producing superb replacement tool kits in California since 1996 and all their products carry a lifetime warranty.

For 100 sheets I should hope so!

Checked out the website,it seems like a good bit of kit,its something i need as i havent got the oe toolkit for my 1150gsa,its quite pricey at a hundred sovs, the other kits in their range seem alot cheaper,il have to think on it....:Motomartin

I bought a Cruz tools roll a couple of years back.

A big improvment on a OE tool roll, and quite handy...but I seem to remember I paid a lot less than £100!!

All I did was add the relevent torx bits to it, then job done! :thumb2

I can't remember who was having a clear out, but I bought a neat wee Cruz tool set which came with trox allens and all. It was good value and immensly more comprehensive than the pathetic oe joke of a kit.

I got one of the Cruz kits and wandered off with it to the garage today to take the battery out for a charge...

Given that my GSA has 'leccy suspension, there's next to nothing in the original toolkit. It does have a 14mm spanner - that; the Cruz doesn't have.
The Cruz does have a T50 Torx key, but you cannot undo the rear wheel bolts with it. :eek
Seems a bit short of the mark really.
