Up for sale is my Cube pedal assist mountain bike with 1207 miles on the odo.
The bike has only done 5 miles since I bought a full sus bike in March.
The hardtail is a Cube Reaction Hybrid Race 500.
I bought it from Cycle Surgery in 2021 when the went into liquidation. The bike was used as a demo so had 35 miles on it. The downside was that is was missing the keys, left hand grip and the bottom clamp for the display.
I have changed the handlebars and grips but do still have the original bars. The clamp I have been unable to source but it has made no difference in 1200 miles of trail riding. There are no keys so the battery stays on the bike when charging. New locks are available from Cube.
The bike has been used for riding local trails so does show wear and tear. Overall it is still in great condition with plenty life left in it.
Charging takes around 3 hours and although the battery will show around 110 mile range this in reality is 60-70 which is plenty for a morning out. Battery life drops when only used on the road but once on trails it it hard to get it below 20 in Eco mode. I have never run out of battery!
Frame size is 21 inch or L-XL so good for 180-190cm height although I am 193 but changing the bars sorted the ergonomics.
Wheels are 29 inch.
