their product might be great but their customer service so far is shite.

I contact them 3 months ago through their web site, and no return.

business must be so good they don't need any new customers.

Ordered Koss earphones yesterday 4pm, arrived today 9am

Bad part is they are shite. Sound quality is aweful and they don't fit properly because the heads are not ergonomically shaped "just round".

More crap.

Sound quality is fine - it's the fit that ruins it. Take the silly sponges off the end, buy your silicone, make your own cutom plugs and the job's a good un.

Loadsa bass - they really are very good indeed. It's chalk and cheese to when you listen to them before they are fitted in your ears - have no fear, they are good.
