their product might be great but their customer service so far is shite.

I contact them 3 months ago through their web site, and no return.

business must be so good they don't need any new customers. :nenau

Sound quality is fine - it's the fit that ruins it. Take the silly sponges off the end, buy your silicone, make your own cutom plugs and the job's a good un. :thumb
 
Yeah I forgot the ends won't be there. How does the bass sound when these are fitted, because without the black spunge there doesn't seem to be any!

Loadsa bass - they really are very good indeed. It's chalk and cheese to when you listen to them before they are fitted in your ears - have no fear, they are good. :thumb
