I just wanted to highlight the excellent service and craftsmanship of Tony Archer's in Huddersfield (UK)
I have just received my BMW F800 GS seat back from these guys after it was given a full makeover, re-foamed, re-shaped and re-covered with piping to match the bike and all this done in just under a week.

Real value for money and a massive improvement on the standard seat, please consider these people before spending the ridicules money being asked for by many of the other manufacturers of custom seats.

I totally agree. Tony Archer ref-foamed, re-shaped and re-covered my seat earlier this year. It looks great and is much comfier and was a very reasonable price.

I had mine done by a local chap about 12mths ago. I had a 1 inch rise put in for the rider a raised ski ramp for the pillion and a new seat cover made to fit £80.

Spoke to him about putting a gel pad in and he said they were crap, over priced and you rarely get the result your looking for. He said you get better results using different density foams in specific parts of the seat. I trusted his advice and he's correct and i've not looked back since having it done

The foam had comressed and gone hard

This was the result after. Dropped it to him on thirsday lunchtime had it back friday morning. All seems were tapped and waterproof

Glad you like the job mate, as you know I think mine was transformed into a long distance seat after the Archer Treatment !!

My missus had her G650GS seat modded by Tony Archer, unfortunately the results didn't suit her so we swapped modded seat for a standard seat with a certain farmer off here.

The cost of the work was £80:00 plus £10:00 post and packing, as for photos, I'm currently unable to post pictures but its the same as the one above but with white trim.

glad he,s back on form, iv seen some poor ones of his over the last few years, and theres quite a few more seat guys about now at his price range,
its odd cos iv never seen him do poor ones before, seemed he had gone for quantity , not quality..
after he did my mates last year, which was very unlike his usual standards, i used a guy in york, he was excellent, (ill find his no an post it, )
