Customer Service a thing of the past - NO
First of all let me state for the record I have no connection with this dealer.
I work with a Guy who recommended Southport Superbikes because he has had good service when buying and servicing a k1200gt (?).
this lead me to their door and to the purchase of a GS adventure.
great service even though it was me that caused delays.
they promised a deal on new tyres as the GS had part worn.
ordered the tyres and booked the fitting after 1000 miles learning the bike.
got to the dealer on Saturday morning and Southport superbikes had been let down by their supplier my tyres weren't there.
imagine my dismay 140 mile roundtrip for nothing.
BUT
Jim the Service manager (?) was brill he didn’t pass the buck on to the tyre suppliers he took it on the chin and offered me a deal that was unbeatable on a similar set of tyres that they had in stock.
saved money big style.
these tyres were fitted quickly and they had me on my way.
