Customizing Locks on the Bmw Panniers

I have tried to customize the locks on the BMW Panniers I Have but there appears to be quite a few sizes of the little metal keys and the keys I have whicn number 1 to 3 do not align with the Motorcycle key, Have you any ideas where I can pick up an assortment
