Cut down rear end anyone? Or dual bana headlights?

Has anyone "customised" (sorry, only word I could think of) the rear end of a 1150GS? I'm thinking enduro style mudguard and lighting to replace the rear seat/tool tray/ rack combo?
Also, has anyone done a cheaper dual Baja style front end? Cheaper than buying a pukka replica desert kit?

Yup .. rear end stripped and chopped. Still got to profile the seat.
Airbox out.
Front end off .. single lamp up front with acewell clock.
