Cylinder head torque values

I'm changing the head gasket on my 1100gs. I've read the excellent thread by Steptoe but I can't find the torque settings for the 5mm and 8 mm Allen head cylinder bolts. I know the 4 15 mm hex head bolts are 15ft/lbs then 180 degrees. Thanks
