George , ebay may be a good idea , the thread size would be M6. Cymarc may also be able to help.
I have similar at work but not the rite size , sorry , you could of had those.

Nearly lost mine the other day, I admit that i probably didn't tighten it up though! i'm sure there are better things to do the job but i don't know what they are called!!!

Where did you find a replacement? it might be worth having a spare

I bought a couple off eBay for a few quid. I think they were designed for Makita power tools so they have two prongs making it easier to adjust with gloves. They are also longer so I can fit a nyloc on the end and have a few mm spare so they can be adjusted without falling off. Result.
