Cant thank this guy enough !!!!!

I wanted to put an external aerial on the RT lc, and needed a nice bracket ..They dont actually make one for this model but Mark had one on his GSA and said it might fit !!!! we sorted out a great price ,it was posted and arrived the next day ..Fantastic bit of engineering. ….oh the service wasn't bad either

few pics of the bracket going on . i removed the silver cover , there was already a small hole there , bolted the Bracket up to this , threaded the co ax under the rack into the back of the bike and under the pillion seat . All neat and tidy , no drilling etc ..radio works great , should have a wider range now ….i dont use a top box so not sure if the antenna would be in the way

cheers , it goes ( works ) well . not tested it in full as yet but the signal reaches were i need it to ..i talk to the bike behind mainly . The old way i had was the radio just lying down under the seat . This way I'm told the radio waves run the wrong way as the antenna needs to be upright. not sure it would reach you down under though !!!
