A very unexpected turn of events has presented an opportunity for extended visits to Cyprus, with accomodation and a garage in the foothills of the Troodos in Larnaca region...

So, the question is, what are the trails like for riding over there? Are they suitable for big-trailies like the GS, or more suited for a 250/450 pogo ?

Are tracks open for al to use, or is access for recreation vehicles restricted as is happening increasingly throughout Europe? Are there active groups like the Ramblers' Association ?

So many questions I know... More will likely follow

Not so many years ago, I'd just driven to the end of a dirt road on the coast and had turned around to come back when around the corner came two guys on moto-x bike, going for it. They were in full kit but without helmets. Unless things have changed some, you shouldn't have any problems.

Just watch out for the bike cops.....
