Does anyone know if any D/U lock of reasonable quality (thinking litelok, hiplok etc.) will actually fit through the rear hub on a bmw shaft driven motorcycle, not just around the paralever strut? I have searched but not found a definitive answer. I know anti pinch pins will do this but it seems they are in limited supply now Pragmasis has closed its online shop and I like the versatility that a d lock offers if combined with a noose chain. If not which is the best option for going around the wheel and paralever strut? Thank you in advance.

Does no one use a D lock through the rear hub?

It's just as effective to use a disc lock on the rear wheel - except without the need to carry a full size lock.

I have the earlier variation of this, and it fits through the front or rear disc

There’s another discussion on here somewhere but the Litelok X1 and X3 fit through front and rear hub and are meant to be very good

Litelok X1 will not fit through the rear hub centre of an R1250GSA. It is not wide enough to clear the brake disc.

Right so there seems to be a bit of misinformation regarding the fitting of a d lock through the rear hub as I cannot see anywhere that states or shows an x1, x3, dx1000 or other will do this - despite what '2 wheel dreamer' states in his video. If anyone has found a lock that will do this can they post on here?
